First you need to enter a company's name, then a department, and the last step would be to add employees (along with their data). This software is designed just like a punch-card system. The free version only allows one person to punch the clock. However, in the express version, users can have their own accounts (with a username and password). These accounts allow them to punch the clock themselves. Pluses: The program can create time card reports. You can see these in a built-in report viewer, which also allows you to print or export the reports. Supported export formats include DOC, PDF, XLS, and RTF.
